Ron Graham has been the Madrid CC Annual Solidarity Tournament Referee since the tournament started in 2008. Ron is a member of the ECB Association of Cricket Officials and was previously a member of the ACU&S since 1991.

 A helicopter crewman in the RAF for 38 years he retired to Spain in 2003. As an opening bowler and late middle order batsman, Ron represented England Schoolboys, Hong Kong and Kuwait at International level. He represented the Lancashire and Cheshire League in 1965 and was capped by the RAF in 1975. He played his club cricket for Marple, now of the Cheshire County Cricket League, and Farnham who play in the Surrey Championship. When he retired from playing in 1991, Ron took up the white coat and stood in many games involving the RAF against the other uniformed services and County Second XIs. He also officiated in the Inter Services Cricket Festivals from 1998 to 2003. Ron was also on the Umpires Panel of the Thames Valley Cricket League before coming to Spain after which time he umpired all levels of local cricket and became Cricket Espana League Chairman in 2006. Ron was also a member of the ICC-Europe Umpires Panel from 2008 until compulsory retirement at age 65 in 2012 officiating in ICC tournaments in Guernsey, Belgium and Scotland.
